Export an .aeex from ARGUS Enterprise

  1. Select your property. On the Home tab, pick your portfolio (and property) in the Navigator.

  2. Export as .aeex. Click Export Properties, then Export Property Data in .aeex format.

  3. Include cash flows, then finish. On the Property Assets tab, check Export Cashflow Results Data, choose Use Property dates for data exported, and click Finish.
